We manage our availability carefully to minimise delays, so we always have in-person and telehealth appointments available within the next few weeks.
Perhaps you feel isolated because you feel you have to restrict your food and no one else understands, or, you may be finding it harder to socialise with others when food is involved.

Disordered Eating comes in many different forms. Our dietitians have undertaken specialised training to work with you or your family member to rebuild a healthy relationship with food.

You will work in consultation with your dietitian to

establish healthy eating patterns and routine

achieve nutritional adequacy in your diet to help give you more energy and vitality

learn how to make food choices to nourish you body
Your dietitian will stay in communication with you and your team, including your GP and psychologist if required. Your dietitian works with you to reach your goals, at your pace, without judgement.

The dietitians at Live Better Nutrition are happy to take part in Eating Disorder Care Plans, organised through your GP, which entitle you to a Medicare Rebate for 20 dietetic sessions in twelve months.

Senior Dietitian
Jacqui is passionate about helping people that are suffering from eating disorders. She has completed training with the InsideOut Institute for Eating Disorders and is experienced at helping men and women with eating disorders (including in the development of Eating Disorder treatment and management plans).
