Our dietitians are all Accredited Practising Dietitian's with the Dietitian's Association of Australia. They are registered with Medicare and welcome referrals to contribute to EPC plans.
They also receive referrals for private patients and can provide evidenced-based, individualised advice for patients concerning:

Unless you are seeking a specific dietitian to see your patient, referrals can be made to Live Better Nutrition to provide to ensure they are seen as quickly as possible

Fax the referral to the practice (see below)

Please provide accompanying paperwork and any relevant pathology results.

For private referrals please fax a letter of referral along with associated paperwork and results to chosen practice on the fax number above.
